Full disclosure. Frame is entirely self-driven platform created by Matter Marketing. So, we’re a bit biased.
Frame was created to discover what matters most to our clients’ customers.
Your customers are not pageviews. They are not analytics sessions.
Frame is the antidote to vague briefs, anecdotal personas and incomplete information. It was borne from the need to deliver real, proven, evidence-based profiles to an unnamed fashion retailer that had created fictional target customers. A bit of data-digging later, these profiles were nonsense.
It’s an advanced social media and psychographic profiling tool that can be used on email lists, social media followings and e-commerce customers alike. We think it’s pretty special.
THE PROJECT + OUR WORK

The project was a true example of practising what we preach. If we can proclaim to help our clients launch and grow a product or service – surely we could do this ourselves?

The product conception, naming, branding, messaging, aesthetic, web design, business intelligence reporting and communication was all done here in-house at Matter.

The embedded lambda in the name is a nod to the need to get on your customers wavelength (and a nostalgic dip into our love of Valve’s Half-Life games.)

The duo-tone look is contemporary, yet represents the “colour” distilled by the Frame application and process as that can be added to your consumer data. It’s the antithesis of the black and white numbers of your analytics software.
