Pure Offices own and manage office space in all major locations across the UK but instead of asking for long-term lease contracts they operate much more flexible space on flexible terms – with instant availability and connectivity and no hidden charges or overheads.
The workplace has changed significantly and technology is empowering a different kind of workforce. Statistics suggest that 33% of the workforce is independent or freelance with this due to rise to 40% by 2020 – traditional office leases just aren’t suitable for much of today’s demands. Enter Pure Offices.
Pure’s challenge was to reflect this online.
With a growing user base on mobile devices, yet incredibly low mobile conversions for office viewings the first step was to develop a beautifully responsive site that was as clean and contemporary as their offices. We started with a detailed look at the user flow around the site and simplified this, with a much more visual and engaging design.
This involved the organisation and creation of over 1000 photographs to show the offices at their best, as opposed to the previous site which had less than 200. We also developed a new content hierarchy, collected almost 100 testimonials that showed clear proof and reinforced the new brand messaging.

Nice site… but did it Matter?
From an SEO perspective, Pure competes against huge companies such as Regus and Rightmove.
That’s fine – we can handle it.
Through detailed research, we identified 360 keywords driving traffic to their site and we structured the site accordingly with perfect keyword density. We matched keyword terminology to propensity to convert. We also created a local SEO strategy by developing Google+ locations for each centre, with images uploaded to each of the local site profiles and a steady stream of centre content automatically being delivered to the Google Page.
As of right now, we have 344/360 on the first two pages of Google – 8 more than Rightmove. 95 position 1’s and 164 in the top 5.
Search engine visibility is 400% better than Regus. It’s also saving the client a fortune on PPC too. Job done.
